Placements24 is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead IT service delivery improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of IT project management experience, with focus on service delivery or operations.
• Proven experience with ITIL-based service improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles, SLAs and operational processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid work experience with balance of office-based and remote responsibilities.
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze service performance data and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects focused on improving IT service delivery processes, tools, and performance.
• Develop project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee the implementation of new IT services and optimization of existing ones.
• Ensure projects align with ITIL best practices and SLAs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with IT operations, support staff, and business units for service integration.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT services and support contracts.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports and change requests.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IT service delivery.
