Aurora Health Care is seeking an IT/PM leader in Wisconsin to oversee information systems and align IT with business goals. The role involves evaluating hardware and software, coordinating with managers, and ensuring systems stay current to support operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and budgets, communicating with site and regional leaders, maintaining uptime targets, and applying updates while ensuring licensing compliance.

Formación

• 3 years in information technology and/or project management with supervisory experience.
• Proven project management expertise with ability to drive results.
• Knowledgeable in performance management and improvement techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Team-oriented, collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to deliver solutions.
• Decision-making abilities essential for fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to finance and budgeting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research, evaluate and recommend hardware and software products to enhance information systems.
• Liaise with managers to understand information needs and determine system installation and maintenance.
• Ensure applications and infrastructure are current and available to support operations.
• Resolve technology problems per SLAs and communicate outages to users.
• Interact with site/region executives to collect new business needs and adoption barriers.
• Locate or develop solutions for site/region issues as appropriate.
• Ensure uptime targets via capacity planning, backup/recovery, lifecycle planning and server health monitoring.
• Apply necessary updates/patches and ensure proper licensing of system software.
• Perform HR duties for staff: interviews, development, evaluations, compensation, and morale.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct and organizational policies.
