Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manages all resources to provide optimal nursing care, including staffing, supplies, and systems.
• Maintain 24-hour staffing productivity and scheduling patterns.
• Evaluate quality of care using standards, outcomes, and indicators; ensure resources for improvement.
• Develop service strategies and monitor service levels, coordinating with other areas.
• Maintain effective relationships among patients, families, staff, and other departments; act as liaison as needed.
• Promote evidence-based nursing and integrate evidence with goals and costs.
• Participate in governance and provide feedback; support governance with accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission accreditation and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop change initiatives and plan staffing to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Assist in new service development and revenue opportunities; support marketing of programs.
• Manage HR responsibilities including hiring, promotions, development, performance, and morale.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets; control expenditures.
