Altera Digital Health seeks an IT Service Management (Service Desk/Desktop Support) leader in the United States to drive high-quality IT services for a client hospital.

You will lead day-to-day operations, align service delivery with financial goals, and foster strong client relationships while ensuring proactive risk management and staff performance. The role emphasizes SLA/OLA adherence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant IT service management experience.
• 2-3 years at Senior level or equivalent (Preferred).
• 2 years experience in information technology management (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day operations to ensure high‑quality IT support for client hospital.
• Align service delivery with revenue and margin goals to support account profitability.
• Build and nurture client relationships, addressing issues to reinforce trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor risks and escalate issues to maintain operational stability.
• Manage and support round-the-clock Tier 1/2 workflows with focus on meeting SLA/OLA commitments.
