Qualifications

• 8-12 years leading IT support operations in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• Proven IT service desk transformation with AI, automation and self-service strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support delivery operations and field services across multi-site settings.
• Directly manage Tier 1-3 IT support teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Partner with clinical and business leaders to drive adoption of new IT services and automated workflows.
