Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Navista division seeks an experienced Manager, IT Service Delivery and Field Services to lead IT support operations across multi-site clinical environments, improving EUC and remote hands services while aligning with ITIL and HIPAA requirements.

You will mentor Tier 1-3 teams, drive AI-driven automation, set SLAs/KPIs/OKRs, partner with clinical leadership, and manage budgets with CapEx and OpEx.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience leading IT support operations within a healthcare organization.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, and self-service strategies in a multi-site environment.
• Proven experience with ITIL compliance and advanced ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all IT support delivery operations and field services, ensuring a seamless digital experience for end-user computing and remote hands services.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop Tier 1-3 IT support teams for prompt and effective issue resolution.
• Partner with clinical and business leaders to drive adoption of new IT services, self-service tools, and automated workflows.
• Spearhead integration of AI-driven support solutions and zero-touch automation.
• Evolve the ITIL team to higher maturity levels and promote modern ITSM practices for efficient clinical support.
• Define and report on SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality clinical support across multi-site practices and hospital settings, with secure handling of HIPAA and cybersecurity standards.
• Oversee ITAM and ITSM systems and processes; manage department budget (CapEx/OpEx).
