Navista, a Cardinal Health company, seeks a Senior Manager of IT Service Delivery and Field Services to lead end-user computing, EUC and remote hands operations across multi-site healthcare settings. You will drive AI-driven support, automate workflows, and elevate ITIL maturity while aligning with clinical and business leaders.

Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, you will manage Tier 1–3 teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, and oversee ITSM/ITAM systems and budget with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading IT support in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA or equivalent
• Experience transforming IT service desks with AI and automation
• Experience with ITIL and healthcare IT environments
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ManageEngine or ServiceNow
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsabilités

• Lead IT support delivery operations and field services
• Mentor Tier 1–3 IT support teams
• Partner with clinical/business leaders to drive adoption of new services
• Implement AI-driven support and automated workflows
• Advance ITIL maturity to Level 4 and monitor SLAs/KPIs/OKRs
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity standards across sites
• Oversee ITAM and ITSM systems and budget management
