Navista, a Cardinal Health company, is seeking a Manager of IT Service Delivery and Field Services to lead end-user computing, Tier 1–3 support, and field services across multi-site oncology settings. You will partner with clinical leaders to drive adoption of self-service tools, AI-driven support, and automation while advancing ITSM maturity.

The role reports to the Director of IT Operations and requires strategic leadership, cybersecurity discipline, and a readiness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading IT support ops in healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Proven IT service desk transformation with AI, automation, self-service.
• Strong clinical support delivery experience in hospital or multi-site settings.
• ITIL compliance expertise; ITIL 4 MP or ITIL v3 Expert preferred.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ManageEngine or ServiceNow.
• Oncology support operations experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to regional clinical sites.
• Available 24x7 for major incident escalation and critical support.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT support delivery operations and field services for seamless end-user experience.
• Directly manage Tier 1–3 IT support teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Partner with clinical and business leaders to drive adoption of new IT services.
• Drive integration of AI-driven support, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Advance ITIL maturity to Level 4 and enforce modern ITSM practices.
• Define and report SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality clinical support across multi-site practices and hospitals.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Oversee ITAM and ITSM systems and processes.
• Manage department budget (CapEx/OpEx) for hardware and software.
