Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) is seeking an IT Service Delivery Director to lead BHDD's Service Desk, Endpoint Support, and Incident and Change Management. You will set priorities, supervise staff, and ensure IT services meet security, continuity, and customer service standards while collaborating with IT leadership and agency customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/related field or similar.
• 5+ years managing IT service delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with incident, change, and service level management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Provide leadership for Service Delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee Service Desk operations and improve first-call resolution.
• Direct Endpoint Support teams and enforce security standards.
• Oversee incident and change management processes.
• Develop metrics, reports, and communications for projects.
