Job summary

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) seeks an IT Business Analyst to gather requirements, design, test, implement, and support the Therap EHR and legacy applications from its Central Office in Cayce, SC.

You will work with stakeholders to document processes, create business cases, and develop system specifications, while providing training and documentation for users and IT staff.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and creating business cases.
• Ability to analyze complex data and write clear technical documentation.
• Experience with testing, implementation, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Interact with departments and SMEs to document core business processes and model technical solutions.
• Plan and produce high-level and detailed specifications for application systems; participate in QA and testing.
• Provide technical assistance and training on solutions; create user and technical documentation.
