The South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD) seeks a Director of Quality Management to lead the quality program and drive continuous improvement across contracted providers and state operations.

You will oversee QA processes, incident management, and staff training initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements while collaborating with executive leadership and multiple agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with program management experience.
• Master's degree in Human Services or related field; or Bachelor's with 6+ years admin/QA/teaching experience.
• Knowledge of QA and QA methodologies; Medicaid reporting requirements; OIDD service delivery and quality improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead OIDD's Division of Quality Management, including reviews and provider enrollment.
• Manage incident reporting for ANE, mortality reviews, and DHHS communications.
• Oversee CAP process and provider responses to deficiencies.
• Develop LMS training materials and provide staff training on quality standards.
• Oversee Community Operations and staff in Qualifications Enrollment and Program Integrity.
