Job summary

Asahi Kasei Therapeutics, the global specialty pharmaceutical business of Asahi Kasei, is seeking an IT Support Professional to deliver Tier 1-2 on-site and remote assistance for laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities include provisioning user access, resolving Microsoft365 issues, device lifecycle management, and collaboration with IT leadership to improve service delivery. Requires 4+ years in IT support and M365 expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support or service delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments and migrations.
• Solid understanding of M365 administration, endpoint management, applications, and troubleshooting tools.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Intune) preferred.
• ITIL Foundation skills preferred.
• Experience working with users outside the US is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (On-site) and 2 technical support for laptops, mobile devices, email, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, and device-related issues (e.g., BitLocker recovery, Outlook/iOS configuration).
• Investigate and diagnose Microsoft365 issues such as missing emails or mailbox problems.
• Support users during live issues by gathering diagnostics, screenshots, and logs.
• Coordinate and fulfill access requests for enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, email).
• Collaborate with IT leadership to improve onboarding/offboarding and migration processes.
• Manage device lifecycle tasks including deployment, shipment, and return of devices.
