Job summary

Community Interface Services is seeking a full-time IT/Systems Supervisor based in our Vista office. You will lead a team of internal specialists and external partners to support three locations, while shaping technology strategy and ensuring reliable, secure IT operations.

The role emphasizes governance, training, and vendor management to protect data and optimize system performance across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer or data science or related field.
• Experience leading technology or systems projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading and supervising others.
• California driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of internal specialists and external vendor partners across Vista, Carlsbad, and Kearny Mesa.
• Oversee IT/Systems strategy, security, project management, and procurement.
• Develop continuity and disaster recovery plans and maintain documentation.
• Ensure IT systems run efficiently with risk mitigation and cross-training.
• Lead security initiatives, incident response, and vendor coordination.
