Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. in Columbia, SC seeks a senior IT infrastructure advisor to guide Infrastructure Services, ensuring DTO priorities and compliance are met. The role acts as a senior consultant, mentor and change agent, aligning teams and procedures with security standards and industry best practices.

You will oversee configuration, implementation and support of Active Directory, McAfee EPO, enterprise storage and backup services, while driving standardization and governance across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with six years of enterprise IT architecture experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with planning, development, implementation and governance of technologies.
• Ability to work with DTO change management and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior instruction and guidance to Infrastructure Services teams aligned with DTO priorities and compliance.
• Serve as internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent for IT projects and processes.
• Lead configuration, implementation and support of AD, security, storage and backup services.
