Job summary

MajorKey Tech is seeking a Manager of Information Technology to lead the IT division within the Administrative Services Department. You will direct hardware, software, network, and systems administration, develop cost-effective solutions, and ensure SOC 2 certification readiness.

Responsibilities include managing an IT team, setting policies, coordinating with other divisions, overseeing security audits, vendor management, and ensuring availability and reliability of all IT systems to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least five years of experience managing an IT department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems management.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of IT systems and department.
• Develops business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in emergency situations or data loss.
• Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Manages hardware and software procurement, inventory, and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Partner with department leaders to identify technology needs and improve business processes.
