Job summary

Valley Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center Inc. seeks an IT Systems Lead to serve as the onsite technical expert and operations coordinator for clinical and administrative systems.

You will mentor onsite technicians, manage AD/Microsoft 365, support EHR systems (Credible, Netsmart, CareLogic), and coordinate with the MSP to ensure security, backups, and regulatory compliance. You'll balance hands-on troubleshooting with strategic planning to improve system reliability and staff

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience (Tier 2 or higher).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Healthcare or behavioral health environment familiarity and strong troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage priorities and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for servers, workstations, networking, and printing.
• Lead and mentor onsite junior technicians; assign tickets and monitor completion.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions in AD/M365; support EHR systems, coordinate outages.
• Coordinate with remote MSP for projects, escalations, and upgrades.
• Ensure HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance through secure systems.
