Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is seeking a Manager of Information Technology & Security to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the organization’s IT and cybersecurity functions. This role ensures the security, reliability, and continuous improvement of GSIL’s technology systems, infrastructure, applications, and information assets.

The Manager develops and implements technology strategies, oversees IT operations and projects, and manages staff and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher preferred; A.S./B.S. in Computer Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible IT experience, including project leadership.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud services, vendor relationships and projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for GSIL's IT and security functions.
• Oversee operation, security, maintenance, and improvements of technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and cloud services.
• Develop and implement technology, cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity strategies.
• Lead technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, privacy, and information security requirements.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate department staff; promote collaboration and accountability.
