Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a Sr Manager of Information Security to lead global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and US-based vendor management. The role partners with Product, Software Development, QA, and AI teams to align security with modern development practices.

Preferred location includes Monrovia and Diamond Bar, with a hybrid work pattern. The company emphasizes governance, risk management, and a strong security posture to support growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years IT or Cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• English and Chinese bilingual proficiency.
• Hands-on cybersecurity and IT infrastructure expertise.
• Experience establishing IT governance, security frameworks, and standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, and QA teams.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable global IT infrastructure across cloud, network, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure high availability and performance of technology platforms.
• Oversee IT service delivery and incident response.
• Lead IT vendor and partner management for contracts and SLAs.
• Define IT governance, change management, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and AI teams across the CTO organization.
• Coach and develop the IT service team and succession planning.
