Job summary

Granite State Independent Living in Concord, NH, seeks a Manager of Information Technology & Security to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for GSIL's IT and cybersecurity functions, ensuring security, reliability, and continuous improvement of technology systems and information assets.

You will develop strategies, supervise staff, manage budgets, and partner with leaders to align technology with GSIL's mission and growth, while ensuring regulatory and privacy requirements are met.

Qualifications

• A.S. or B.S. in IT/CS/cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years in information technology with leadership experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for GSIL's IT and security functions.
• Oversee operation, security, maintenance and improvement of technology infrastructure and cloud services.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity strategies.
• Lead technology projects including system implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and information security requirements.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate IT staff and manage budget and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
