Job summary

OUC - The Reliable One is seeking a Manager, IT Security to lead the Cyber Defense and Threat Operations team within the Technology division. The role oversees the SOC, threat monitoring, incident response, and the maturation of cybersecurity processes to strengthen enterprise security posture.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT security, including 3+ years leading teams, with proven ability to develop policies and collaborate across IT, legal, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of IT security experience, including three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Hands-on SOC operations, threat detection, incident coordination, and forensics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME consulting for IT security program design.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and architectural references.
• Manage monitoring, maintenance and security technologies.
• Lead incident response planning and staff training.
• Oversee security log environment and 24/7 threat monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance.
• Develop annual IT security budgets and operational plan.
• Manage external security vendor partnerships.
