Qualifications

• 2+ years Service Desk/Help Desk experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Some knowledge in IT.
• Ability to explain technical info to non-technical staff.
• Process improvement mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Software maintenance and testing capability.
• Vendor relations experience is a plus.
• Basic networking principles and operating systems knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, and perform minor repairs on hardware/software to ensure reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot calls, maintain CCTV and computer components, and install supporting software.
• Consult with users to assess IT needs and evaluate program/equipment compatibility.
• Verify objectives by testing settings, document hardware/software updates.
• Create user guides and train users; stay current on emerging tech.
