Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions is seeking an IT leader to own the full technology stack across multiple clinics and the corporate team. You will drive security, automation, and strategic integration of systems, including identity, endpoints, and the EHR, while ensuring reliable operations for patient care.

You will serve as interim HIPAA Security Officer, lead a growing team, and shape the IT roadmap with a focus on secure, cost-efficient solutions that scale with our clinical network.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the full IT stack across a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud identity, SSO, MFA, and device management.
• Proven ability to run HIPAA security programs and discuss SOC 2/HITRUST.
• Track record delivering automated IT operations and secure vendor risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own Radial's systems strategy: decide what we run, consolidate, and retire with data-driven build/buy/kill calls.
• Lead the technical integration of two organizations across identity, endpoints, collaboration, networking, telephony, and business applications, consolidating overlapping systems and vendors.
• Own our EHR and other clinical and business systems, partnering with engineering (RadialOS).
• Keep clinics running: hardware, connectivity, and devices that support patient care on site.
• Own the security program and interim HIPAA Security Officer: risk assessments, access controls, vendor risk, BAAs, incident response, audit readiness.
• Replace the ticket queue with automation and stand up an AI-native service desk with Slack-based automation and auditable workflows.
• Grant access just in time with auditable trails for HIPAA reviews.
• Set guardrails for AI use with patient data.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team and own the IT budget and vendor relationships to reduce cost per person as we scale.
