Job summary

Hearth is building an autonomous AI employee layer for contractors and needs an IT & Security Specialist in NYC. You’ll ensure employees are unblocked, own onboarding/off-boarding, and keep our SOC2 program running smoothly.

You’ll manage the Mac fleet, tighten access across Dialpad and Salesforce, and explore AI-enabled automation to reduce repetitive support. On-site five days a week, with room to grow into office management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have been the main IT point person at a company of a similar size.
• Working knowledge of SOC2 compliance and experience with Vanta.
• Strong written communication for Slack and internal docs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team unblocked with day-to-day IT support (~10 tickets daily).
• Own onboarding and off-boarding end-to-end with documented processes.
• Run SOC2 compliance activities and stay audit-ready with Vanta.
• Manage Mac fleet and secure access across tools (Dialpad, Salesforce).
• Grow the role into Office Manager responsibilities with compensation adjustments.
