Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve and close issues per service level guidelines.
• Escalate issues to higher level support when needed.
• Document customer inquiries regarding new or different functionality.
• Provide end-user desktop training and minor hardware repair.
• Support mobile devices, configure desktops/servers, manage access and password resets.
