TrackerRMS, Inc. is seeking an IT recruitment sourcer with 1–2 years focusing on candidate sourcing and delivery. The role supports existing consultants by finding and screening suitable IT candidates for multiple vacancies.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools, capable of screening candidates, and communicating effectively in English. This is a remote role with hours aligned to the Ireland team, requiring a reliable home setup and Internet connection.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years in IT recruitment sourcing or resourcing.
• Understanding of common IT roles (developers, software engineers)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to support multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Able to work independently from home
• Good internet connection and home workspace
• Available to work hours aligned with Ireland team

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically on the candidate sourcing and delivery side. This is not a 360 recruitment role. The client needs someone who can support their existing consultants by finding and screening suitable IT candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, their ATS and other recruitment channels.
• Understanding technical vacancies and identifying suitable candidates.
• Conducting initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, salary expectations, notice periods and availability.
• Preparing candidate summaries for consultants.
• Building and maintaining talent pools across different IT specialisms.
• Managing candidate records and recruitment activity in Recruit Wizard.
• Keeping candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Providing regular updates to consultants on candidate searches.

What we're looking for Ideally, candidates should have:

• A good understanding of common IT roles, particularly developers, software engineers and other technical positions.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases.
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills.

• A reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment.
• Availability to work hours aligned with the Ireland team.

Previous experience recruiting for the Irish or UK market would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
