Green Key Resources is growing our Technology Recruitment team and seeking an experienced Information Technology Recruiter to support our expanding client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, understands the IT talent landscape, and can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with clients across a wide range of technical skill sets.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals across areas such as software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, project management, and technical support.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT talent.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, understanding hiring needs and delivering high‑quality candidates quickly.
• Write and post job descriptions, manage applicant flow, and maintain accurate ATS documentation.
• Conduct market research to stay current on IT hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Represent Green Key Resources with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For
