TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will begin with an extensive hands-on training program, supported by an onboarding coach, and progress into a Recruiter role responsible for the full recruiting cycle of IT consultants.

You will learn sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and market trends while contributing to a world-class candidate experience and client outcomes. TEKsystems offers an elite development program and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in a commission-based environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants through career coaching and market insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies using various tools, including AI tools, to identify top talent.
• Use AI-generated insights to inform decisions in the recruitment process.
• Advise account managers on skill availability, labor rates, and hiring timelines.
