Job summary

Connect Search is seeking an IT Recruiter/Sourcer for a contract role based in Dallas, TX with a hybrid work arrangement. You will source and recruit IT and technology talent, partner with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from outreach to placement.

Ideal candidates have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS, can build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver regular updates on progress and market trends to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for IT and technology roles.
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Skilled in outreach, screening and initial interviews.
• Experience maintaining candidate records and pipeline updates in an ATS.

Job description

Connect Search is hiring an IT Recruiter / Sourcer for a contract role based in Dallas, TX (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a range of IT and technology positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, technical requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems to find qualified technical talent.
• Create and run targeted sourcing plans to build pipelines of qualified IT professionals.
• Perform candidate outreach, screening calls, and initial qualification interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and placement.
• Keep candidate information and recruiting activity current, including pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Identify and engage passive candidates in a competitive technology talent market.
• Deliver regular status updates to hiring managers covering pipeline progress, market trends, and recruiting activity.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting and/or sourcing for IT and technology roles.
• Working knowledge of recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Skill in candidate outreach and screening, including qualification interviews.
• Comfort managing candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates in an ATS.

Compensation

• USD 40 - 55 per hour
