The ideal candidate brings IT staffing agency expertise, can manage multiple requisitions, and will recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. The role requires sourcing via major channels, conducting rigorous screens, and partnering with clients to fill openings quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place IT pros across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, resumes databases and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews for technical fit.
• Partner with Account Managers and hiring managers on requirements.
• Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Identify, qualify, and present strong candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
• Stay updated on IT tech trends and market conditions.

Location: San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX or Dallas, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite

Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid position based in either San Antonio or Houston.

Previous IT recruiting agency/staffing experience is required. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of recruiting technical professionals in a staffing agency environment and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place IT professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, resume databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
• Partner with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruiting priorities.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Identify, qualify, and present strong candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Discuss compensation, pay options, benefits, and employment details with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Meet recruiting goals, submission deadlines, and placement targets.
• Stay current on IT technologies, skills, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• Previous experience working for an IT staffing/recruiting agency is required.
• Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across a variety of IT disciplines.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Experience managing multiple client requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a recruiting team.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting W2 and C2C candidates.
• Established network of IT professionals.
