Job summary

Technology Navigators seeks a motivated Technical Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, and professional roles in Austin and Taylor, Texas. You will identify, engage, and qualify candidates while building a robust pipeline and coordinating interviews.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting/sourcing, strong communication, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing technical, manufacturing, or semiconductor talent is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through phone, email, text, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, work authorization, and availability.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities when needed.
• Generate sourcing reports and provide updates on pipeline activity and candidate flow.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts for client's operations in the Austin and Taylor, Texas areas. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, technician, and professional positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through phone, email, text, and LinkedIn messaging.

• Experience sourcing technical, manufacturing, engineering, or semiconductor talent is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
