Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
• Manage performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is secure and confidential.

Requirements:

• Ability to influence people and grow team.
• Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager.
