Job summary

TriCom Technical Services in Leawood, KS is seeking a motivated junior recruiter to join our IT staffing team. You’ll source candidates, perform pre-screenings, and coordinate interviews to help Senior Technical Recruiters build strong pipelines.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS to manage candidate data, while learning the basics of candidate presentation and assessment. A Bachelor’s degree is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

• Strong communication and outreach skills.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through online searches, our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Making outbound calls, InMails, emails, and texts to IT professionals to initiate contact.
• Pre-screening candidates and setting interviews for Senior Technical Recruiters.
• Formatting resumes, checking references, administering online technical testing, and assembling candidate packages.
• Recording activities and updating candidate information in our ATS/CRM.
