Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably within staffing services or recruitment agencies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, networking).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate offers and close positions effectively.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms and job portals.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • LinkedIn Recruiter: Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
  • Boolean Search: Proficiency in using Boolean search techniques.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
