The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably within staffing services or recruitment agencies.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, networking).
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate offers and close positions effectively.
