Field of Talent is expanding and seeks a Recruiting Consultant to help candidates and great employers come together through recruiting, guiding, and coaching both candidates and hiring managers to successful relationships.

We want a recruiter with full-cycle experience who is consultative with hiring managers and candidates, and who thinks like a talent navigator as we move toward Recruiting as a Service (RaaS).

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement.
• Ability to guide both candidates and hiring managers with evidence-based interviews.
• Comfort working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates across roles.
• Coach candidates and hiring managers to build successful relationships.

We are growing and adding a Recruiting Consultant to our team. While this posting is for full-time, we are also considering part-time and contract. As a Recruiting Consultant, you will help candidates and great employers come together through your ability to recruit, guide, and coach both candidates and hiring managers to successful relationships. What you do will make a difference for recruits and clients.
