Job summary

Zones – First Choice for IT delivers end-to-end IT solutions globally. The Project Manager, Service Delivery, leads technology deployment projects from planning through closeout, ensuring delivery across schedule, scope, budget, customer communication, risk management, financial accuracy, and multi-site execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in technology or operations, PMP/ITIL preferred, and can lead multi-site deployments and stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMI, ITIL or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of PM experience in technology/operations.
• Experience leading multi-site deployments.
• Strong problem solving and risk management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Create weekly schedules for multiple sites.
• Develop workflows to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
• Own project financial forecasts and track costs and revenue.
• Manage risks, issues, and RAID logs; drive rapid resolution.
• Create and measure KPIs against baselines.
• Interface with customers via email, video, and chats; ensure satisfaction.
• Manage project scope and handle change requests.
• Close tasks timely; provide weekly status reports.
• Assist with Project Coordinator tasks as needed.
