Job Details

We are looking for a contract IT Project Manager to help us manage a portfolio of high-priority, executive-facing initiatives that are reshaping how this business operates. You will be building presentations for and presenting directly to senior leadership, facilitating cross-functional conversations, and keeping complex, parallel workstreams moving with clarity and accountability.

The right candidate brings strong executive presence, knows how to operate in an IT-adjacent environment without getting lost in the weeds, and can translate technical progress into business-ready communication.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a range of critical business initiatives with significant IT touchpoints, including ERP and CRM.
• Owning executive-level reporting and presentation development — this means building the deck, not just filling in a template.
• Leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating working sessions, including structured workshops around AI tools and use cases.
• Supporting the rollout and adoption of Copilot across the enterprise. Serving as a steady, organized presence across multiple simultaneous workstreams at different stages of delivery.
