Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for data center/industrial projects in Dallas, TX. This on-site, permanent role requires leading all construction phases, managing budgets, and coordinating design-build delivery with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and at least 5 years of construction PM experience, including 3+ years in budgeting and cost controls, with travel as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects.
• At least 3 years budgeting, cost controls, or financial management experience.
• Willingness to travel as project assignments require.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe jobsite by enforcing safety policies, identifying hazards, and coordinating required resources and training.
• Support business development through client relationships, project proposals, preliminary budgets, schedules, and scope development.
• Lead preconstruction activities, including design coordination, permitting, estimating, subcontractor bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Manage all phases of construction to meet project schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to resolve issues and improve project performance.
• Oversee project documentation, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, billing, and schedule updates.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding progress, changes, budgets, and project concerns.
• Lead project closeout, punch-list completion, warranty follow-up, and final cost reporting.
