Job summary

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead statewide IT projects and serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional DevOps teams. You will apply PMBOK practices and adaptive methods to deliver incremental value across DHS, MNsure, DCYF and DCT programs.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex technical environments while maintaining transparency and predictable delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with iterative and incremental delivery approaches.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and resolve delivery impediments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and program initiation, planning, execution, control and closure.
• Coordinate short-cycle planning and cross-functional DevOps delivery.
• Ensure quality, scope, risk and change control across initiatives.
