Job summary

Nebraska Department of Transportation / Business Technology Support Division is seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage IT projects from initiation to closure within its PP MO team. The role requires strong relationship building, leadership and client management skills, with Agile SDLC experience and PMI methodologies.

The position is onsite in Lincoln, NE, with typical Monday–Friday hours and a 12+ month duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree with minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of Agile SDLC project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure with PMI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate project management activities to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead project teams, report status to upper management, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop requirements, project charters, risk assessments and communication plans.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.
