Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP, ITIL or equivalent Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a technology or operations environment.
• Leadership skills: experience leading multiple small to mid-sized projects and teams.
• Ability to take ambiguous requirements, conduct investigation, and develop strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project communications with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage a project replacing POS systems at name-brand retail locations.
• Create effective weekly schedules for multiple sites.
• Develop workflows for Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
• Own project financial management with forecasts and cost tracking.
• Manage risks, issues, and RAID logs; drive mitigation.
• Create and measure KPIs against baselines.
• Interface with customers via email, video conferences, channels, and chats.
• Manage project scope and change requests.
• Provide weekly status reporting when requested.
• Support project team, including Project Coordinator tasks.
