Job summary

Millenniumsoft is seeking an IT Project Manager (IND-IN) to lead medium to large information technology initiatives in Indianapolis, IN. You will plan, execute, monitor and control project activities, ensuring timely delivery and strong business adoption.

Collaboration with CSB-IT staff, agency partners and contracted teams is essential. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, managing risks, aligning with governance and reporting progress to the PMO Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of managing large, complex multi-year projects.
• Intermediate knowledge Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.
• PMBOK project management practices including cost management, benefit analysis, risk management, resource management and change control.
• Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologies, tools and approaches.
• Ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Business Knowledge of IV-D and Child Support Enforcement preferred.
• Experience in state government preferred.
• PMP Certification, Agile Certification, Scrum Master Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff and contracted resources.
• Create, review and maintain project management plans, schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, risk/issue logs and lessons learned.
• Manage projects according to Governance policies and procedures.
• Utilize Atlassian tools to track milestones, tasks and deliverables; report variances and actions to PMO Manager.
• Schedule, prepare for and facilitate project meetings.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders; address issues promptly.
• Adhere to SOPs; maintain project artifacts per document management strategy.
• Support team productivity and project portfolio maintenance; update governance policies as assigned.
• Work with PMO Manager to establish performance expectations.
