Job summary

The Heritage Group in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning and implementation of complex IT projects for multiple businesses within the organization. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track.

This primarily remote role includes occasional in-office time near Indianapolis and requires 3+ years of project management experience, a information technology degree, PMP preferred, and familiarity with AI tools like

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of project management experience.
Preferred experience in IT environment or supporting IT projects.
Preferred experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement complex IT projects across multiple business units.
Manage project scope, schedule and budget; create and maintain project plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate progress and issues to the project plan.
Provide input into the project budget and ensure project deliverables meet goals.
Mentor and coach project team members and collaborate with IT leaders.
