Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives, align business objectives with technology strategies, and mentor junior project managers.

The role involves extensive collaboration with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-impact projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Extensive SDLC knowledge across multiple methodologies.

• Experience working with technical teams to build project plans and risk registers.

Job description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to meet business objectives while providing professional leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage large enterprise-type IT projects involving multiple internal stakeholders and/or contracted resources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans.
• Define project roles and responsibilities for users and team members.
• Define user requirements, deliverables, and approval processes.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate project status clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide lower-level Project Managers, including recommending training and development.
• Foster a professional environment built on trust, respect, and excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ yearsof experience in IT Project Management.
• 5+ yearsstrong knowledge of the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT tools, and implementation approaches.
• 5+ yearsexperience with multiple methodologies, includingAgile and Waterfall.
• 5+ yearsability to translate technical concepts and SDLC processes to non-technical business users.
• 5+ yearsexperience working with technical teams to build project plans, risk registers, and resolve obstacles.
• 5+ yearsof strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred :

• Prior experience working onState of Indiana large software projectsas a Senior IT Project Manager.
• PMP Certification(must upload certification at time of submission).
