Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation in Indianapolis seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise IT initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will partner with senior leadership to align projects with strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and mentoring of less experienced PMs, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with multiple methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users.
• Experience building project plans, risk registers, and facilitating resolution of obstacles.

Job description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to meet business objectives while providing professional leadership and mentorship.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ yearsof experience in IT Project Management.

• 5+ yearsability to translate technical concepts and SDLC processes to non-technical business users.

• 5+ yearsof strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred :

• Prior experience working onState of Indiana large software projectsas a Senior IT Project Manager.
• PMP Certification(must upload certification at time of submission).
