Job summary

Millenniumsoft in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Intermediate) to lead and deliver medium to large projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply PMBOK and Agile practices, and manage governance and risk across initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, artifacts, and stakeholder communications, using Atlassian tools to track progress, and ensuring timely business adoption. Requires residence in IN and PMP/Agile credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing large, complex multi-year projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Intermediate knowledge Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.
• PMBOK project management practices including cost, risk, resources and change control.
• Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large projects.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with CSB-IT staff and contracted resources.
• Create, review and maintain project management plans, schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, risk/issue logs, and lessons learned.
• Manage projects per Governance policies and procedures.
• Utilize Atlassian tools to track milestones and deliverables, report variances and corrective actions.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders; address issues timely.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain project artifacts.
• Support portfolio maintenance and governance updates.
