Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience in IT/Voice/Carrier Services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience considered.
• Smartsheet certification and/or hands-on experience.
• Current management or vendor technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and customers; ensure timely communication and processes.
• Use Smartsheet to manage activities, improve workflows, and track progress.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with vendor orders and carrier services support as needed.
