Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager – Marketing Technology to lead complex, evolving initiatives in a marketing tech environment.

The role requires an exceptionally organized PM who can drive ambiguity into concrete plans and actions, coordinating Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading content-related technology projects, DAM/CSM system coordination, and ensuring clear structure and plans even as requirements evolve.

• Able to organize complex and evolving technology initiatives.
• Effectively work when requirements or solutions are not fully defined.
• Demonstrate ambiguity-management skills.
• Proactive, action-oriented approach to project delivery.
• Independently identify what needs to happen next and drive teams toward action.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understand technical dependencies without personally architecting the solution.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams and maintain alignment across groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize IT projects supporting marketing and content-related technology initiatives.
• Manage project work associated with content assembly and creation.
• Coordinate initiatives involving DAM and CSM systems.
• Establish structure and project plans in evolving requirements, systems, designs, or solutions.
• Break ambiguous initiatives into actionable workstreams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Identify project dependencies, blockers, risks, and unresolved decisions.
• Proactively move projects forward without requiring significant day-to-day direction.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions and maintain alignment across stakeholder groups.
• Track commitments and dependencies through completion.
• Use Jira and Smartsheet to support project organization and tracking.
