Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Project Manager in Florida to lead IT and enterprise technology initiatives, guiding scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, adoption, and value realization. You will collaborate with business, operational, technical, cybersecurity, procurement, and executive stakeholders to align outcomes with strategic priorities and airport operations as needed.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or within 12 months.
• Strong modern project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IT project management for enterprise systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data/analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of organizational change management, adoption planning, training coordination, stakeholder readiness, and transition-to-operations practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams and resolving conflicts.
• Strong communication in writing, speaking and listening; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze systems and data and manage complex projects in sensitive environments.
• Ability to interface with staff and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to use data, dashboards, KPIs, and project performance metrics for transparency and decision-making.
• Experience supporting procurement, scope development, and vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and enterprise technology projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project charters, business cases, implementation plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Manage dependencies, milestones, deliverables, issues, and decisions aligned with priorities.
• Ensure operational readiness, transition support, training, adoption planning, cybersecurity review, data considerations, and post-implementation evaluation.
