Principal Asset Management is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex marketing and technology initiatives that directly affect business performance. You will own the delivery plan and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

This role requires 6+ years of project management experience, strong Jira skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will develop charters, RACI, and implementation plans while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of project, program, or initiative management experience.
• Experience supporting marketing projects highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic and tactical capabilities, including Jira.
• Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, influencing and communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to build relationships and manage time and decisions.
• Experience in financial services or agile/product environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex marketing and technology projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed delivery plans and oversee implementation of initiatives.
• Create charters, RACI, implementation and communication plans, and metrics.
• Identify milestones, timelines, resources, risks and outcomes.
• Ensure status reports roll up to portfolio view and align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and participate in agile ceremonies prioritizing epics and user stories.
• Apply project management and change management methodologies and stay current on trends.
