ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Information Technology department. You will align projects with business goals, manage scope, resources, and risks, and drive improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong PM skills, experience with traditional and agile approaches, and a commitment to safety and ALL IN values. Occasional travel to job sites may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certification a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects with timelines and goals.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process or technology changes.
• Create business cases and ROI analyses for technology initiatives.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Assist in training, communications, and support strategies.
• Promote change-management practices for sustainable improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and provide post-implementation analysis.
